The Armenian Bar Association invites members to attend an upcoming CLE webinar presented by the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York Domestic Violence Committee.
This CLE program is intended for attorneys in all areas of law including those who specialize in family and criminal law. It will provide a comprehensive overview of domestic violence issues, including what constitutes domestic violence; victim behaviors, including the impact of trauma on victims; the impact of domestic violence on children; recognizing the evidence based risk factors when domestic violence is involved; and introduction of the NYS Civil Attorney Guide to Risk and Lethality Factors in domestic violence cases.
