Mock Interview & Resume Review Workshop

Saturday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
February 12, 2022

The Armenian Bar Association and National Law Students Association are excited to host this developmental networking opportunity for our aspiring legal professionals! A critical part of your legal education is learning about the legal profession and taking steps toward acclimating into the profession of law. That is why it is so important to learn about various practice areas as well as getting to know successful legal professionals who find joy in their work and take pride in their law practice.

Attending attorneys will conduct mock interviews and resume reviews to give advice to students. Students are required to bring a copy of their resumes to the workshop. These meetings will go a long way in preparing you as you move through your legal education and future professional pursuits. We hope that you find this workshop empowering and look forward to meeting you.

2024 International Law Symposium: Call for Papers

The humanitarian crisis for the ethnic Armenian community of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) [as a result of Azerbaijan’s complete military encirclement, months-long blockade, and, ultimately, the entire Armenian population’s forced migration out of Nagorno-Karabakh] raise oft-ignored questions about the universality and effectiveness of non-derogable international human rights norms. This Call for Papers seeks submissions of abstracts for papers exploring the relationship between human rights and unrecognized or partially recognized States (viz, countries), particularly in connection with the live issues in Nagorno-Karabakh.
