Help Document the History of Armenian Los Angeles: A Community Workshop

Los Angeles City Planning’s Office of Historic Resources (OHR), in collaboration with Environmental Science Associates and the USC Dornsife Institute of Armenian Studies is holding its first community workshop in District 2 to collect information on locations of historic significance to the Armenian American community. If you have memories and insights to share, come participate in this community meeting.

Լոս Անջելեսի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պատմական ռեսուրսների գրասենյակը (OHR)՝ Environmental Science Associates-ի և USC Dornsife-ի հայագիտական ինստիտուտի հետ համագործակցությամբ, կազմակերպում է իր առաջին համայնքային աշխատաժողովը՝ հայ-ամերիկյան համայնքի համար պատմական նշանակություն ունեցող վայրերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ հավաքելու նպատակով։ Եթե ունեք հիշողություններ կամ դիտարկումներ, որոնցով կցանկանայիք կիսվել, միացեք այս համայնքային հանդիպմանը։

Community input will become part of the Citywide Historic Context Statement, the City’s primary planning tool for identifying, recording, and evaluating historic properties and districts in Los Angeles.
