Outten & Golden is accepting applications for mid-level associate attorneys to work in our San Francisco, CA office. The associates will represent individual employees in all areas of employment law, including cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, leaves of absence, layoffs and executive compensation. The positions will entail extensive client contact, exposure to the firm’s counseling, negotiation and litigation practices, individualized training and feedback, and the opportunity to learn and grow with one of the nation’s best and fastest-growing employee-side employment law firms.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in employment law, and current or pending CA Bar admission. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, writing, research, litigation and case management skills, and a commitment to protecting individual employment rights.

Compensation will range between $127,000 and $134,000 based on class year, with an opportunity for a discretionary year-bonus based on attorney and practice group contributions.
