EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION to handle all discovery and trial preparation. Candidates must be able to manage a caseload of 40 to 50 litigation files throughout all stages of litigation. Duties include drafting and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, and performing all other litigation case management duties. The qualified candidate must be highly organized, possess attention to detail, write well and advocate aggressively, and have a sincere interest in litigation.
